As an Administrative Assistant for Clinical Teams, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our administration office. You will work closely with the Office Manager to manage day-to-day activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure the efficient delivery of administrative services. Your responsibilities will include processing bookings, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Key qualifications include a good standard of education, GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, and NVQ 2/3 in Business Administration. Relevant experience in booking appointments on eRecord, database management, and minute taking will also be beneficial. If you possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure, we encourage you to apply.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £31,400 per annum, along with opportunities for training and development, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
