About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Lettings Negotiator in Alderley Edge. As a key member of our residential Lettings team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
