Job Overview:

Jordan and Halstead Estate and Lettings Agents are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join their team and contribute to the success of their thriving Lettings business. Based in their modern Wilmslow Office, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the rental portfolio for their large branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and emails with enquiries from prospective Tenants
  • Organise and carry out property viewings
  • Report feedback following viewings
  • Negotiate Letting terms
  • Maintain relationships with Landlords
  • Upsell agency services to clients effectively
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Carry out administrative duties to support the agency's operations
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, displaying professionalism and excellent customer service qualities
  • Proficiency with IT, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Ability to upsell services and products effectively
  • Familiarity with Reapit software is advantageous
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
