We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team at JD Gyms. As a Fitness Coach and self-employed Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and build a successful business while delivering a world-class member experience.
As a Fitness Coach, you will be employed by JD Gyms on a part-time basis, working 12 hours a week and completing 3 x 4-hour shifts. You will receive a monthly salary and have access to industry-leading benefits, including contracted salary above the national minimum wage, annual leave allowance, and 25% discount at JD Sports.
As a self-employed Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to build your business and work with a dedicated PT Business Support team to help you succeed. You will have access to one of the fastest-growing member bases in the fitness industry and be able to offer discounted membership to family and friends.
We are looking for a Personal Trainer who is Level 3 (EQF Level 4) qualified, passionate about fitness, and committed to delivering a world-class member experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class member experience on the gym floor
- Lead gym inductions and teach engaging group exercise classes
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and gym floor member interaction
- Develop your skills and build a successful business as a self-employed Personal Trainer
