Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Hotel Manager to join our Premier Inn team in Camberley. This is a pivotal role, leading from the front and ensuring the successful daily running of the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, empowering and developing your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive commercial best practices, maximize revenue opportunities, and work with the Hotel Manager to manage controllable costs and labour control.
  • Oversee all business areas with attention to detail, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered while utilizing guest feedback to increase performance against KPIs.
  • Support the Hotel Manager in delivering the site business plan, enabling the bigger picture.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance and manage all audit processes to a high standard.

Requirements

  • A minimum of £32,250 - £36,000 salary, depending on experience.
  • A degree in Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within hospitality, leisure, or retail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.
