About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic thinker to lead our Centre Director role. This involves developing and implementing effective youth work programs in local secondary schools, managing a team of volunteers, and building partnerships with local communities and churches.

Key responsibilities include planning and running outreach programs, such as The Point youth gathering and an annual Youth Weekend Away, and expanding our supporter network. A permanent position is available for 37 hours per week.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for personal and professional growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.
