The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Audit Manager to take on a new challenge and lead our charity finance team. As an Audit Manager at PEM Cambridge, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, leading audits from planning to completion, and developing less experienced members of the team. We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audits from planning to completion, working closely with senior managers and trustees
- Manage a varied and challenging client portfolio
- Help initiate change, continuous improvement and motivate and develop less experienced members of the team

Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified accountant (or finalist)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
