Project Planning and Coordination Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Planning and Coordination Specialist to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our internal project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and efficient project execution
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, and HR, to complete peripheral business tasks
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Support the Operations Manager in driving change and adoption of critical technology, such as MS Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Assist in the development and growth of the Service & Support Business, as well as the After-Sales offering

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in a Business, Project Management, or Engineering discipline
  • At least 3 years' experience in a related industry sector or a Project Planning, Project Engineering, or PMO level role
  • Strong understanding of Engineering and manufacturing processes, with the ability to comprehend project requirements and effectively coordinate with technical teams
  • Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Expertise in Data Analysis and problem-solving
