Salary: Our Personal Care Specialists are offered a competitive hourly rate ranging from £11.94 to £12.42 per hour, paid on a weekly basis for their flexible full-time and part-time shifts covering mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.

Job Description

Supporting Our Clients

As a Personal Care Specialist with Guardian Homecare Limited, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing them with personal care, assistance with daily living activities, and emotional support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and using the toilet.
  • Helping clients with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
  • Following individual care plans to ensure each client receives tailored support.
