Job Title: Senior Market Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Market Manager to join our team at EVERSANA. As a key member of our global commercialization services team, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver next-generation services to the life sciences industry.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of market access strategies for our clients. You will work closely with our team of experts to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the market, and to develop and execute plans to achieve our clients' goals.

As a Senior Market Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading project teams and providing advice to clients
  • Delegating activities to and supervising junior staff and contractors
  • Overseeing projects with limited or no guidance from senior management
  • Identifying and resolving issues/conflicts within project teams
  • Proactively managing project scope and challenges, and devising contingency plans
  • Ability to help with best practice initiatives for projects, employee management, and training
  • Attending management meetings to discuss proposals, projects, staffing, and other operations
  • Identifying opportunities for and devising strategies to achieve company/project efficiencies
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MSc or PhD university degree in a medical- or mathematics-related field such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statistics
  • ~8+ years of relevant work experience in health research, health economics, or a related field ideally in a consulting environment
  • Proven leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to lead project teams and client meetings
  • Technically competent with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with computer programming software (e.g., VBA) or other role-related software (e.g., EndNote, statistical packages) is an asset
  • Ability to manage personal and project team members' time across multiple competing projects
  • Ability to provide strategy for and advice on other team projects
  • Awareness of current trends in the fields of health economics, statistics, data analytics, and evidence synthesis, and/or medical writing
