About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing financial expertise and analysis to support business decisions and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Drive initiatives for profitable growth and improve performance
  • Deliver clear and robust value-add commercial reporting and insights
  • Deal with complex problems and business scenarios
  • Communicate financial information effectively and create successful business relationships

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Experience in a similar commercial finance role
  • Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and together with other personnel
  • Strong analytical skills and business partnering and influencing skills
