Job Title: Finance & Facilities Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Turbines Systems Manufacturing Business Unit in Derby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our manufacturing facilities, driving business performance and promoting a cost-conscious culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide financial business partnering support to our Core & Cast Facilities across the Derby & Rotherham campus, driving business performance and providing insight to improve financial acumen.
  2. Work closely with our MBU Analyst to ensure high levels of financial governance and provide decision-useful management information to MBU Leadership teams.
  3. Support the Turbines Systems business with financial appraisals of ad-hoc business cases as appropriate.
  4. Drive and support improvements across the MBU finance team.
  5. Analyse and interpret complex financial information, providing insight through simple and effective presentation of management information.
