Job Title: Finance Business Partner

About the Role:

Comex 2000 UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Derby. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, providing strategic insights, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with our operations teams to optimize financial performance, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cost control.
  • Provide Strategic Insights: Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing valuable insights to our leadership team.
  • Support Business Growth: Partner with divisional leaders to develop and implement strategies that enhance profitability and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant: A strong accounting background with at least 2 years of PQE in a commercial environment.
  • Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of management accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in commercial or business partnering is a plus.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
  • Team Player: A collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent Communication: The ability to communicate effectively financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
