Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registration Authority and Recruitment Support Officer. As a key member of our Recruitment Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Trust's future growth and delivering an efficient and responsive recruitment function.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with other departments to transfer and accurately input information from RA forms onto the Care Identity Service (CIS) IT system.
  • Maintaining and updating a manual and electronic filing system for all inputted forms, which complies with national guidance on RA data storage and the Data Protection Act.
  • Ensuring that registration forms and copies of personal identity documents are stored securely and checked in accordance with national requirements.
  • Complying with standard operating procedures to revoke and cancel user access, ensuring that the procedures are adhered to.
  • Assisting users in ensuring their card is secure at the point of issue.
  • Briefly demonstrating to users how to log on to the system and test their access.
  • Supporting RA users and sponsors, assisting with any routine queries relating to the completion of RA forms or the IT system.
  • Updating the RA leads of any changes or issues with emails or correspondence from ID checkers across the Trust.
  • Associating users on the ESR to all relevant Trust services.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A good standard of general education or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant previous experience working in an administrative role.
  • Working with the public in a customer service environment.
  • The ability to use a computer.
