Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing tailored payroll solutions and ensuring timely and accurate processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for multiple clients, adhering to relevant legislation and best practices.
  2. Provide proactive communication and support to assigned clients on payroll-related issues.
  3. Collections, verification, and entry of payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, and other payroll changes.
  4. Ensure all payroll activities comply with relevant legislation, including PAYE, NIC, pensions, statutory deductions, and RTI submissions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of payroll experience, preferably in an accounts environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail when handling payroll data and calculations.
  • Proficient in payroll software/ERP systems such as Xero and Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Able to manage multiple client payrolls simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
