Professional Payroll Administrator for FTG Position

We are seeking a skilled Professional to join our team at Portfolio Payroll for an exciting Full-Time role, working 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Payroll Processing: Utilize expertise in processing payroll on various systems, including Opera, to ensure seamless operations.
  • T & A System Management: Effectively deal with Time and Attendance Systems to maintain accurate records and optimize workforce management.
  • Payroll Compliance and Reporting: Prepare essential documents such as P45/P46's, P60's, and P11d's in accordance with regulatory requirements.

This position is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Payroll administrator looking to take their skills to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in payroll administration and processing
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll software, including Opera
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
