Vehicle Maintenance Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a full level 3 HGV/PSV apprentice qualification or equivalent, as well as a technician-level understanding of vehicle mechanics. A valid car/van driving license is also required, with an HGV license being desirable. IRTEC Qualification is also an advantage.
This position offers a competitive salary of £19.22 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and call-out pay. In addition, employees receive 21 days of holiday time plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, employee referral scheme, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, and discounts through Biffa Perkz. Employees are also eligible for a Cycle2Work scheme and entry into the Eco Drive scheme, allowing them to lease a fully electric or hybrid-electric car.
