About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves taking charge of the grill, mastering grilling techniques, and ensuring every burger meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all food hygiene and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Master the grill and cook legendary burgers to perfection
  • Ensure quality control by monitoring every burger's taste, presentation, and consistency
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Assist with food preparation, store ingredients properly, and ensure they are fresh and ready for cooking
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy periods
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a grill chef or in a similar kitchen environment
  • Strong grilling skills with attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food
  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure without compromising on quality

Salary

An estimated salary range for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
