Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer

Are you a skilled Cloud Support Engineer looking for a new challenge? Pioneer Search Ltd is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Cloud Support Engineer.

Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to support the design and development of critical data applications on Azure Cloud Platform. As part of the Data Operations team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize data pipelines and improve system performance.

  • Provide design and development support to data applications such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Phinsys
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data pipelines and improve system performance
  • Create and maintain appropriate technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Platform Engineer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Azure Cloud offerings such as ADF and Databricks
  • Experience with Master Data Management and Data Quality and Governance
  • Demonstrate experience supporting infrastructure - Infrastructure as code is highly desirable
  • Coding ability in Python and Spark is required
