Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineers, production teams, and quality control to optimise assembly line processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Design and implement assembly line layouts, conduct time and motion studies, and apply lean manufacturing techniques to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in assembly operations, with a strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, manufacturing process simulation tools, and data analysis.
