We're seeking a seasoned Techncial Product Manager to collaborate closely with our development teams, shaping and evolving our product offerings to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the development teams and the business, clarifying requests, defining requirements, and feeding into the backlog and longer-term roadmap.
- Collaborate extensively with the team to translate business needs into technical tasks.
- Craft clear, concise, and actionable user stories aligned with project objectives.
- Work closely with customers to understand their evolving priorities, ensuring alignment in future releases and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the product.
- Coordinate across multiple product teams to effectively manage dependencies and drive cross-team collaboration to deliver project outcomes.
- Manage and triage reported support issues for the team.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects wider business priorities and product strategy.
- Work alongside developers to build a high-quality product that delights customers, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, 3 amigos discussions, and demos.
- Contribute to improving cross-team communication and alignment on requirements, streamlining delivery processes.
- Help facilitate the agile team, running and participating in ceremonies (retrospective, planning, discovery).
Your Ideal Profile:
You will possess experience in agile software product management, from inception through launch, preferably in a complex domain. Additionally, you should have expertise in managing live, evolving products, prioritising feature requests from stakeholders, and making data-driven decisions. Facilitation skills, stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication abilities are essential. A solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and a willingness to dive into complex services and use cases are also necessary.
A passion for clean tech and a strong desire to contribute to the decarbonization of the planet are key attributes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience consulting or coaching in a professional services environment, working internationally, or in the energy sector is desirable.
