Full-Time Live-Out Travelling Early Years Educator/Governess

We are seeking an experienced and nurturing early years educator/governess to join our client's busy household in West London. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in the daily lives and development of the children.
Job Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for the children. This will involve managing daily routines, organising activities, and ensuring the children's well-being. You will work closely with the parents and other household staff, providing consistent and reliable care, with flexibility to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide attentive and compassionate care for young children
- Manage daily routines, including meals, naps, and activities
- Plan and execute engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a clean and organised environment for the children
- Collaborate with other household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Flexibility to accompany the family on domestic and international travel, which can be for extended periods of time
- Extensive experience in a similar role, particularly with infants and toddlers
- Strong understanding of child development and early education; familiarity with Montessori education is desirable
- Ability to adapt to the family's needs, including flexibility with working hours and for travel
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Excellent references and a legal right to work in the UK
