Full-Time Live-Out Travelling Early Years Educator/Governess

We are seeking an experienced and nurturing early years educator/governess to join our client's household in West London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, where you will play a key role in the children's daily lives and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education for young children
  • Manage daily routines, including meals, naps, and activities
  • Plan and execute engaging and age-appropriate activities
  • Maintain a clean and organised environment for the children
  • Collaborate with other household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Flexibility to accompany the family on domestic and international travel

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role, particularly with infants and toddlers
  • Strong understanding of child development and early education; familiarity with Montessori education is desirable
  • Ability to adapt to the family's needs, including flexibility with working hours and for travel
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Excellent references and a legal right to work in the UK
