Lightspeed is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to play a pivotal role in deploying our cutting-edge solutions while managing queues and optimizing customer journeys. As a high-tech touch Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) POS system for our SMB clients. This role is at the intersection of technology and customer experience, involving collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and tailored POS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automation and Configuration: Implement and configure software solutions using automation tools to meet client specifications.
- Planning and Coordination: Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans for the POS system, leveraging automation and digital workflows.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Underwriting, Billing, and Support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of implementation projects.
- Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring implementation remains on track and addressing any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of the implemented POS system.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of POS system implementations, conducting thorough testing and validation to guarantee the functionality and reliability of the implemented solutions.
- Project Documentation: Create and maintain implementation documentation, including status reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant, preferably in the POS technology industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain highly organized while managing multiple communication channels and accounts at a given time.
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and adapt to changing priorities.
