UX-Focused Technical Writer and Designer

As a Technical Writer with UX/Design/Engineering Background at Signaloid, you will be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing the field of uncertainty quantification. Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our customers and internal teams. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive documentation strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our documentation system, extending it to include video-based content, and creating internal and customer-facing documentation. You will also set up CI/CD automation for checking functionality and correctness, ensuring that our documentation is always up-to-date and accurate. After the first year, you will have the chance to lead the company-wide documentation strategy, adapt documentation to customer feedback, and contribute to training and development activities.

This role requires a strong technical background, with expertise in Unix, curl, JavaScript, Python, and C/C++. Experience with HTML and Markdown is also essential, as well as familiarity with documentation tools like Docusaurus, MkDocs, and ReadTheDocs. Additionally, you should be able to automate documentation processes using browser automation tools like Selenium and have experience with GitHub's CI/CD functionality. Strong communication skills, empathy, and honesty are also vital.

Salary Range

We offer a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and professional development.
