Job Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Charity People | B Corp. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for the management and development of our CRM system, ensuring it is configured and maintained to support our business processes and reporting requirements.

This is a permanent role with fully flexible working options, including part-time arrangements (minimum four days per week). The salary for this position is £40,000 per annum, and the location is hybrid or remote, allowing you to choose between spending time in our office in Bermondsey, London, or working from anywhere in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing and developing a CRM system, ideally Salesforce, within a complex and dynamic organisation. They will possess strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver CRM projects and initiatives on time and within budget.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and users.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Management of the Salesforce system, ensuring it is configured and maintained to support the business processes and reporting requirements of AVUK
  2. Develop and implement a CRM strategy, roadmap, and governance framework in consultation with key stakeholders and users across the organisation
  3. Provide Subject Matter Expertise, training, support, and guidance to Salesforce users, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to use the system effectively and efficiently
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the Salesforce system, using data and feedback to identify and prioritise improvements and innovations
  5. Ensure the ongoing integrity and completeness of data
  6. Work with external consultants and developers to deliver enhancements and integrations, ensuring they are aligned with the CRM strategy and best practices
  7. Optimise the benefits of the CRM across data imports, bulk updates, ad hoc analysis
  8. Exploit the user-configurable functionality of Salesforce, including custom views, charts, dashboards, and reports
  9. Work to understand and keep abreast of new technologies and applications and their impact on optimising CRMs
  10. Ensure the Salesforce system complies with data protection, security, and quality standards, policies, and procedures
  11. Manage the CRM budget and resources, ensuring value for money and return on investment
