Job Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the life of our young client, who requires support with personal care, medication, and mobility. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support, enabling our client to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to our young client, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
- Support our client with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Assist with household tasks and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with our client, their family, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
