Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance frameworks on existing and emerging regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the effective interaction with Marketing and Product teams as a second line function for product compliance and product marketing approvals.
  • Deliver effective GDPR compliance and control, focusing on data classification, collection, and control.
  • Maintain regular interaction with the FCA as a key contact and liaison point, ensuring timely FCA reporting and notifications and e-monies safeguarding.
  • Ensure internal policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Significant experience of compliance at a senior level within an FCA regulated business.
  • Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision.
  • Takes personal responsibility for getting the job done, hands-on and willing to roll sleeves up to deliver regulatory compliance.

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
