Job Description

We are looking for a Trading Application Support Analyst to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Fixed Income applications used by users in the Front, Middle, and Back Office globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Repos and Bond products
  • Resolve queries from end users regarding the systems supported, including incorrect data issues and ensuring timely feeds into the system
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent repeat occurrences
  • Manage changes to the system, including planning, testing, and releasing new versions
  • Write documentation on system features and problem-solving guides
  • Maintain and enhance procedures and processes to ensure increased reliability of the FIBI systems

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of Rates Fixed Income products, particularly Repos & Bond
  • SQL skills (Oracle and SQL server) and ability to write code
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and service management and monitoring tools

Working Arrangements

The role is based in London on a hybrid basis and could be open to contractors under an umbrella arrangement.
