We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at a high-quality Village Pub in Derbyshire. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the pub.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and supervise a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling
