Job Title: Maths Teacher for Secondary School in Southampton
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Maths Teacher to join our team at a secondary school in Southampton. The school is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students aged 11-16.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Use formative and summative assessments to track student progress and provide timely feedback
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and students to foster a supportive learning community
- Support students in their academic growth, with a focus on improving attainment

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching Maths
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience teaching secondary school students is desirable but not essential
