This opportunity requires a passionate and experienced educator who can work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, and parents to provide individualised support plans for students facing challenges. With a strong focus on inclusion, respect, and resilience, the ideal candidate will contribute to a safe and inclusive school community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing targeted one-on-one or small group mentoring sessions to support students' personal, social, and academic development
  • Working closely with teaching staff, support staff, and parents to create individualised support plans for students
  • Fostering a safe and inclusive environment that promotes respect, understanding, and inclusivity within the school community

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum. Minimum Qualifications: All applicants must possess relevant qualifications and experience for this role. A background in education, youth work, psychology, social work, or related fields is highly desirable.
