Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our UK South Build division in Tottenham.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies tailored to project requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and influence the construction process through effective communication.
  • Take ownership of, administer, and represent the company in commercial and contractual matters, including:
  1. Preparing tenders, analyzing, selecting appropriate scope of work, and finalizing scope orders;
  2. Financially and commercially managing projects to Final Account completion.
  3. Preparing and agreeing valuations, generating certificates, and making payments.
Control traditional contracts and manage contracts over €/£15m.Manage the recording and submission of claims related to delay and loss/expenses, and formulate detailed arguments for such issues.Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of legal aspects and legislation.
  • CPD - Legislation and Industry Trends.
  • CVR appreciation.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Able to manage people and situations sensitively and to commercial advantage.
