We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on their MOD government projects division. This is a freelance contract position with a minimum term of 6 months and potential for a permanent salaried role.

Our client is a leading main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to the success of their MOD government projects division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage working week between office in Surrey, projects, and home.
  • Work on various refurbishment, new build, and fitout projects along the M3 corridor.

Requirements:

  • UK Quantity Surveying qualification.
  • Good knowledge of NEC contract.
  • Wide range of project experience.

Salary:** £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location:** Commutable to Surrey and project locations.
