About the Role

We are looking for a talented Construction Contracts Specialist to join our UK Infrastructure business. As a key member of our specialist Cost & Supply Chain Assurance team, you will play a vital role in reviewing and scrutinising actual incurred costs and driving supply chain improvement and efficiency for major programmes and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of construction contractor systems, controls, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply expertise in contract management, particularly NEC3/4 (Option C, E), to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Utilise data analysis techniques and tools to inform decision-making and drive business improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support business processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A minimum of [£65,000 - £80,000] salary, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
  • Prior experience or a sound understanding of contract management, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple priorities.
