Job Summary:

Fortnum & Mason is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately receipt all purchase orders and transfer orders onto our D365 system.
  • Query Resolution: Raise and resolve queries with internal customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supplier Compliance: Monitor and report supplier non-compliance to our B&M teams.
  • Query Resolution: Assist in resolving queries from our Finance team.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate audit trail for purchase orders, both paper and electronic.
  • Goods In Diary: Maintain the Goods In Diary, ensuring all deliveries are accurately recorded.
  • Supplier Bookings: Enter supplier bookings via phone and email into the diary.
  • Email Management: Monitor, action, and reply to emails (shared and own).
  • Transportation: Organize transportation for goods and materials.
  • Reporting: Produce daily and weekly reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake such duties considered essential for the effective operation of the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accuracy: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
