About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Edinburgh store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on our products, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer expert advice on our products, including motoring and cycling solutions, to customers and colleagues alike
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and welcoming shopping environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive store culture
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of motoring and cycling products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this expertise
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
