About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional in the London Borough of Redbridge. As a Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with companionship, support, and care in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations that promote their well-being and quality of life.
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care, to help them maintain their independence.
- Accompany clients to appointments, local activities, and shopping, providing them with transportation and support.
- Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions to our office staff.
- Maintain regular communication with our office staff and line manager to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work in a variety of settings.
- Ability to undergo a full DBS check and maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with clients.
- No prior care experience or qualifications are necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to our Care Professionals.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and nights.
