Mental Health Social Worker

Randstad Care is working closely with RCT to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Adults Social Worker to join our dynamic Community Mental Health Team. This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults facing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct holistic assessments of service users with mental health needs, developing individualized care and support plans.
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring safety and well-being of service users while balancing the principles of empowerment and autonomy.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, housing services, and other agencies to ensure integrated, person-centered care.
- Recognize and respond to safeguarding concerns, taking action in accordance with local authority policies and procedures.
- Support service users to access the services and resources they need, advocating on their behalf to promote inclusion and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, manage caseloads effectively, and ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed and updated.
- Provide immediate support and intervention in times of mental health crisis, ensuring appropriate services and care are in place.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Adults Social Worker who is passionate about improving the lives of adults with mental health needs. You will have a degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England, as well as proven experience in adult social work, ideally within a mental health setting or community-based services.
We offer continuous training and development opportunities, with access to supervision and peer support. We also offer flexible working hours and hybrid working arrangements, as well as a dedicated 1-1 consultant and twice weekly payroll run.
