Mental Health Specialist

As a Mental Health Specialist at Inspire, you will work closely with individuals living with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism, and addictions to ensure they live with dignity and reach their full potential. Our team is passionate about creating a society free from stigma and discrimination, where compassion and empathy thrive.
**Salary:** £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on location)
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized support plans
* Provide education and resources to promote understanding and acceptance of mental health conditions
* Foster a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and respect within the community
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in mental health support or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
