Administrative Manager (8 Month Maternity Cover FTC)

Allen Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join their team. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for managing various properties owned by the organisation and their contracts, procuring supplies and services for the office and departments, and liaising with the Science Park and Building Team.

Administrative Manager (FTC) Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Managing property contracts and ensuring compliance with organisational policies
  • Procuring office supplies and services, including negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Liaising with the Science Park and Building Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Coordinating travel and diary management for the team
  • Supporting the Engineering and Facilities Management Team in administrative duties
