We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Reed, a leading recruitment agency. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our Technical & Quality department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product databases and specification libraries, ensuring accurate information for cross-departmental use.
- Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001 certification as required.
- Manage the testing and reporting of raw materials and finished goods.
- Generate and circulate specification changes, concessions, and non-conformance reports as needed.
- Assist with organizing product samples and effectively managing the sample form system.
- Support factory floor activities, handling and checking samples to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience working in a high-paced, administrative environment is essential.
- Good working knowledge of Dynamic 365 or similar operating system is advantageous, but training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
