This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Learning Support Specialist to make a real difference in the lives of our students. As a member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment, where every student can thrive.
Key Requirements
- Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, with experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.
- Team Teach or similar behaviour management training, with a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable students.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities, with a focus on enhancing skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including ongoing professional development opportunities.
