Learning Support Assistant

We are recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our school community in Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive daily rate of £90-£95. In addition, we offer a supportive and inclusive school environment that values the contributions of its staff.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and abilities.
- Working closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and mental health development.
- Assisting with the implementation of classroom activities, personalized learning plans, and student assessments to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a state or independent school setting.
- A genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with SEMH issues.
