Clinical Manager - Case Management

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join our Case Management team in the South region. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services, supporting the Managing Director and senior management team with case enquiries, and providing leadership and supervision to a team of Case Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily workload of Clinical Case Managers.
  • Ensure the clinical services and performance meet the highest standards across the company.
  • Allocate cases and liaise with legal referrers and parties involved in the client cases.
  • Support staff appraisals, identify knowledge gaps, and assist in training delivery, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with other members of the management team and the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to meet and maintain Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
  • Maintain current registration with your regulatory body, keep certifications up to date, and complete Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities.
  • Be receptive to feedback and committed to your own personal and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence with access to your own car.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in case management, specifically with catastrophically injured clients (including traumatic brain injury, birth-related injury, amputations, complex polytrauma, orthopaedic injury).
  • Experience in overseeing complex care packages and rehabilitation.
  • Proven leadership and management experience within a case management company.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
