Learner Engagement Coordinator

Role Overview
Dovetail and Slate Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Learner Engagement Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in connecting students with apprenticeship opportunities and ensuring the smooth delivery of these programs.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers to promote apprenticeship programs and increase the number of successful matches.
- Work closely with account managers to post job openings and recruit students for apprenticeships, ensuring timely and efficient placement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and employers, offering ongoing support throughout the apprenticeship process.
- Track student progress and record interview results, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
- Level 2 Maths and English qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Able to pass a DBS check and maintain confidentiality.
