Branch Assistant Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Branch Assistant Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus benefits including a discount card with 10% off purchases at Booker and double discount events up to three times a year.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
