Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in implementing and optimising ServiceNow ITSM on a global/enterprise scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure transformation projects within the Utilities or Energy sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of experts to design, implement, and deliver complex IT infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of global IT infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver enterprise-wide IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Oversee the migration and integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure environments.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resource plans, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilisation.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal standards for IT service management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure transformation, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
