Key Responsibilities:

  • Accommodation Standards: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all accommodation, ensuring that all areas meet our company's agreed standards.
  • Guest Communication: Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to effectively greet and interact with guests, providing a professional and courteous service at all times.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure that all team members meet and exceed our company's guest service standards, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Pre-Season Preparation: Lead the preparation of our accommodation for the new season, including setting up the fleet, managing inventory, and ensuring all areas are clean and ready for guests.
  • Winter Maintenance: Oversee the winter maintenance of our accommodation, including putting the fleet to bed, repairing and cleaning equipment, and completing a thorough winter snagging list.
  • Linen Management: Manage the linen process, ensuring that all stock levels are maintained and that the cleaning team has access to the necessary supplies.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the cleaning team is aware of and complies with our company's Health and Safety standards, including COSHH training for internal cleaning team members.
  • Key Management: Safeguard and account for all keys, ensuring that they are securely stored and accessible as needed.
  • Asset Management: Conduct regular checks on Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, light bulbs, and other essential assets to ensure they are functioning correctly.
