\Job Description
\We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mergers and Acquisitions Data Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing and summarizing M&A information, updating our database, and performing research tasks.
\Responsibilities:

- Maintain and add real-time news into our M&A historical database via our internal software.\
- Research and process news articles relating to mergers and acquisitions in Japan.\
- Improve existing processes and procedures to enhance the speed and accuracy of our product.\
- Expand existing data by offering research on regional regulations and new sources of data.\
- Maintain productivity standards by efficient individual timekeeping and following research processes.\
- Maintain quality standards by giving peer-to-peer checking procedures.\

Qualifications:

- Recent graduates or individuals with relevant experience in data administration or a related field.\
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.\
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.\
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and English and Japanese languages.\
- Familiarity with data management and analytical tools.\
